1980, we have been providing professional,
confidential and caring employee assistance in
Summit, Medina and Portage Counties and the
surrounding areas. We are certified by the Bureau
of Workers’ Compensation and can assist you in
meeting some of the eligibility requirements for
premium discounts through their Drug Free
Workplace Program. Further savings would result
from a decrease in absenteeism, terminations,
injuries, and fatalities on the job.

A full service program provides all of the following
at no extra charge:

Free counseling sessions for
employees and/or their dependents. Included
is 24-hour crisis coverage. Additional
counseling sessions are available when
occasionally needed. This maintains continuity
of care.

Orientation of your employees
about their benefits. We approach counseling
as a means for healthy people who are trying to
improve. We address the two questions of
greatest concern to most employees:
confidentiality of information and the range of
issues for which we provide counseling.

Two hours of training to
be used at your discretion.

Unlimited consultation with
supervisors and managers in regard to
specific troubled employees and assistance in
workplace interventions when needed.

Assistance with crises in the
workplace, such as an unexpected death of an
employee or violence.
